Brian Johns is a long time resident of Newmarket, entrepreneur, community volunteer and candidate to become your nextWard 6 Councillor.

Brian opened his first business in Newmarket in 1999, growing to two locations in a few years. A driven individual, Brian became a partner in Vince's Market based in Newmarket, Sharon and now Uxbridge and Etobicoke.

His work in the community is not limited to his business, rather, he is also known for his involvement with local charities, not-for-profits, and sports organizations.

A past softball coach and scouting leader, Brian most recently served as the volunteer Chair for Operation Sparrow, an organization committed to supporting disadvantaged youth in pursuing cultural and sporting opportunities.

His business and volunteer experience place Brian in the unique position of being the most qualified person to seek the vacant Ward 6 council seat.
